To return your purchase, send an email to support@labtest.nl or use our contact form. Please include your order number and the reason for returning the product. This helps us process your return more efficiently.
Information about our return policy
Sometimes you may wish to return a purchase. Whatever the reason, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
You will then receive a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs. The costs of returning the product are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To arrange a return, please contact us at support@labtest.nl or use our contact form.
We will refund the amount due within 14 days after you notify us of your return, provided that we have received the product in good condition.
The product must be unopened in order to be returned, as otherwise it can no longer be used by SecuraLab.
If the product or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for any resulting reduction in value. Please therefore handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.
