We keep your testing as anonymous as possible. How do we do that?
Your order details are retained for as long as necessary and are removed from the webshop after 2 months.
Your order is delivered in discreet, unbranded packaging. The test kit itself also contains no visible information about what is being tested.
For an anonymous analysis, you can choose to share only your date of birth and gender with the laboratory. No other personal information is shared.
You can download your laboratory result for one month. After this period, we automatically delete the report.
You can delete your account at any time. If your account is inactive for 2 years, it will be automatically deleted.

You can delete your account whenever you wish. If your account has been inactive for 2 years, it will be automatically deleted.
Financial records
Our financial administration only contains internal product codes, not the description of the ordered test kit.

Our tests are just as reliable as an examination performed by your GP or in a clinic. Our laboratory partners are ISO 15189 certified and also perform analyses for hospitals, doctors, and government institutions. These laboratories are regularly subjected to quality controls and process thousands of test results every year.
Normally, you will receive your test results within 1–2 working days after your sample has arrived at the laboratory.
The test results are highly reliable. We work exclusively with ISO 15189-accredited laboratories. This is the highest recognised quality standard for medical laboratories in Europe. Our affiliated laboratories are the same laboratories that also perform diagnostic tests for hospitals, doctors, specialists, and government institutions. This certification guarantees that the laboratories operate according to strict quality standards and that your sample is analysed with clinical precision. This means you can rely on results that are just as reliable as those from a test performed through your doctor, clinic, hospital, or specialist.
Yes, all our tests are completely confidential. Your GP will not receive any information about the test unless you decide to share the results yourself with your GP for further analysis or treatment.
